Sweet Water Foundation is a community organization that practices regenerative placemaking, a model that creates safe and inspiring spaces and curates healthy, intergenerational communities that transform the ecology of once-blighted neighborhoods.
The goal of Chicago Beyond’s partnership with Sweet Water Foundation is to support the formalization of Sweet Water Academy, a neighborhood development demonstration site and living learning laboratory that will reach thousands of youth, educators, and professionals in nonprofits and community-based organizations across Chicago.
