Strong fathers create and undergird strong communities. The Dovetail Project seeks to re-engage young African American fathers in the lives of their children, while providing counseling and education in parenting, life, and job skills, rebuilding families, and strengthening the community in the process. We bet big on The Dovetail Project, allowing them to double their reach while rigorously evaluating the effectiveness of their model to promote further growth. With Dovetail, we’re backing the fight for fatherhood, and supporting the importance of investing in Dads in our community.
