Liz Dozier Opens the 2022 Cradle to the Career Network Convening

In the Strive Together article, Liz Dozier shares “The Radical Power of One,” the story of how she transformed Fenger High School as its principal, reducing the drop-out rate, doubling the graduation rate and minimizing the annual arrests.  Along the way, she discovered the concepts that would become the backbone for Chicago Beyond’s approach, Whole Philanthropy.
