Pathways To Career Success
Genesys Works provides pathways to career success for high school students through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. Working from coast to coast, they support 3,000 students per year with profound impacts on young people, including a median income of $60,000 or more seven years following program completion.
Our Investment
With a $750,000 investment from Chicago Beyond, Genesys Works trained over 200 Chicago Public Schools students in their senior year of high school with workforce skills in accounting and IT. Chicago Beyond also supported a research effort to evaluate Genesys Works’ effectiveness and efficiency, while refining its growth strategy to secure more corporate partners.
