In 2023, Chicago Beyond teamed up with Lever for Change to combat unconscious bias in decision-making, leveraging Chicago Beyond’s Mirror Tool to help in philanthropic funding processes. Lever for Change is a global nonprofit that has influenced over $1.5 billion in grants and supported more than 145 organizations working for social change.
