With an investment from Chicago Beyond, Genesys Works trained over 200 Chicago Public Schools students in their senior year of high school with workforce skills in accounting and IT. Chicago Beyond also supported a research effort, rigorously evaluating Genesys Works’ effectiveness and cost effectiveness, while refining its growth strategy such as developing a strategy to secure more corporate partners.
